SpliceViewer
SpliceViewer is tool that is able to take RNA-Seq analysis results together with pre-generated read density plots and display them in an interactive web interface. The tool consists of two complementary views. In the first, table-centric view it is possible to view all results in a single table and see individual images by clicking on the links.
The second view is image centric and it allows to quickly switch from one image to another. At the same time, the numerical information about the current splicing event is displayed on the sidebar. In both views, the results can be sorted and filtered using many different criteria such has gene or transcript name, p-value or expression level. Furthermore, results from multiple experiments can be organized into projects and then compared to each other by looking at overlapping events.
